Returns
To start a return, you can contact us at returns@loriandval.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order # or proof of purchase.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, you will be instructed via email on where to send your items.
Please allow 1-3 business days for processing of your return once we receive your item for refund. You will be contacted via email if your exchange does not meet our criteria.
If you would like for us to issue a return label a $5 fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
Exchanges
Due to daily inventory changes , fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have in the condition it is received, new unused/unwashed, in it's original packing and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item with the gift card issued. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Please allow 1-2 business days after your items are received and inspected for your gift card to be issued. You will be contacted via email if your exchange is not accepted.

Damages and issues
We strive for quality and while every item is inspected before packaging , there may be an item that can slip through. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 14 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right to returns@loriandval.com.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. No refunds or exhanges on Loveys/Blankets in order to protect the safety and sanitation of your little ones.
